I generally ignore him completely during the game, so there is no chance it would be destroyed. I met this annoying character in Goodsprings, in goodspring cemetary, near Bonnie springs, in Novac, in Boulder city, on the road near 188 trading post, in Freeside and on the strip. And finally inside the lucky 38. I don't like when somebody is looking over my shoulder. But before you suggested it, I never had the idea to kill it myself.

The one you meet on the strip is completely different of the one you meet in Goodsprings. So yes, it's securitron first hull is supposed to die at some point but the software is uploaded to another hull and it is just the same with a different body. Maybe the one you meet in Novac is already a new instance and the previous one from Goodsprings is long dead. It doesn't matter, as it is the same software and a identical carcass

Victor is a piece of software uploaded into any Securitron that Mr. House wishes. It is Mr. Houses way of keeping track of you as you travel to New Vegas. He can't be killed. Only the robot body he's using can be destroyed. Mr, House simply transfers the Victor software to another robot.

Victor's not actually a specific Securitron; he's an A.I created by Mr House, and his goal is to help you get to New Vegas alive, so he jumps into any Securitron along your way. That's why he's already at Novac when you get there; the Securitron he was using didn't physically go there, he just uploaded himself into the Securitron that was already there.

The one in Goodsprings does travel. I've had him pass by me on his way to Novac before, and you'll notice that once you see him at each stop (Novac, Boulder City, and finally Vegas) there isn't a securitron at any of the previous stops anymore.

It is true that if he's killed the AI will simpy move to a new Securitron, but he does move in the meantime.

Yes or No.

Doesn't matter since he cannot be killed.

No definite answer. It depends on the random spawns around you. Sometimes it gets destroyed, sometimes it just stays there, sometimes it just despawns.

Victor is functionally immortal not just by game logic but also by in-game logic, so you can meet it later no matter what, and it is the expected working. So do not really fret over what happens to it at any given point, Victor will always be back as long as you don't kill his boss.
