Modded NV gives Pink square instead of title screen, crashes on load

Greetings all

I've been wanting to play Fallout NV again and downloaded some new mods.
However, when launching the game with all mods enabled gives me this

I've reinstalled the game, and first installed the mods i know work, and that went fine
Then I went to install all my weapon mods and I had it again, so I started to single them out, disabling them all, check if the game works and then enable them five at a time whilst checking if the game works.
I thought I had found the problem mods, however when I enable other mods I have the issue again. could someone help me out?

For some reason it's the weapon mods doing this, or atleast I suspect it is.
I'll be trying to add the rest of the mods I got left (quest mods) and see what that does.

Update

I added the Following Mods:
Afterschool Special Version 2O1
Boom to the moon v1
Federal Holdout Vault
and
the REPCONN Blues
to the list, and I ran in the same problem again.
Did I mod my game so far that it can't handle any further mods anymore?
Is there a solution to this?

Pink means missing texture file.
Or, looking at that mod list, overmodding and the engine is simply unable to sort all loose files.

i know this is a late reply but this is because you installed TTW and edited the .ini files of your fallout game(s). TTW relies on specific .ini settings and changing them breaks it. do not use bethini or edit any .inis
