Since it is UI mods, then you can only do one thing: uninstall game, manually delete its folder, reinstall, start modding again. Start by installing in this order, at least those you want to use from this list font mod (MTUI or darnUI), Project Nevada, MCM, any other UI mod like oHUD or Weapon Mod Menu, and other mod that modifies UI files like Powered Power Armor, any other mod that uses MCM, all other mods, and finally texture mods ended with body texture mods.
When installing UI mods, you also need to know which files to overwrite and which not. Sadly, there is no universal recipe for this, you pretty much need to know which you want to install and research it beforehand. UIO helps a lot with UI mods, but these are still the most obnoxious parts of GameBryo modding.
After all that, make sure to drop in UIO to its needed place before starting up the game.
Finally, I suggest looking into ModOrganizer. It is a mod manager that uses a virtual file system, meaning if you mess it up, you don't have to uninstall anything, you just start a new profile in seconds.
