Great Khans - Melissa Quest
What is the safest way to reach Melissa near the Quarry without fighting deathclaws and/or location to find/buy gauranteed stealth boy?

Go to the Makeshift Great Khan Encampment. Head east until you see a walk-way kind of spot. There may be a few deathclaws though.

It is tricky, but you can also climb from the western ridge. It only has scorpions along the way. Essentially, you can enter from the "back" of the quarry, but it is a finicky climb.

Just sneak critical a few deathclaws. Follow the north road up from Goodsprings and head left once you see a climable hill.
