Weapon Animation Replacers not working (Mod Organizer)

I've been watching videos all day. I've watched all of Gopher's stuff on the topic, plus a few other videos but they all seem outdated.. After I add the contents of The Proffessional and Commando packs (just the ones im supposed to..) to the FOMOD file, i archive it using winrar and attempt to install the archive with Mod Organizer. I followed this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcdS7xvNNIU but after selecting "query mod" and typing in the mod id, it recognizes the mod but it won't install. I get the blacktree installer loading screen and then an error message saying error code 3, the mod failed to initialize. I am stumped but i really want this mod..

I suggest using the mod package that is four years younger and is actually compatible with NMM:

And while at it, I also HIGHLY suggest ditching NMM altogether. Use either the official replacement called Vortex or the Fallout-specific replacement called FOMM fork.
