I think I figured out how to clear Quarry Junction at an early level...
Step 1. Have Gun Runners' Arsenal installed.

Step 2. Collect all the Snowglobes and sell them all to Jane for 14,000 Caps.

Step 3. Invest all your skill points into Sneak and Guns and tag both at the start of the game.

Step 4. Use the 14,000 Caps to buy an Anti-Material rifle from the Gun Runners. Suppressor and custom bolt optional. Do remember to pick up some ammo as well, the gun doesn't come with it.

Step 5. (optional) Go to various other stores to find some additional ammo for it, although the rounds that the Gun Runners sell should be enough.

Step 6. Proceed to oneshot all the Deathclaws, including the Alpha Male and Mother, with sneak attack criticals. Raise your Sneak and Guns as high as you can for maximum snipery goodness.

I for one did it to push my NCR reputation to Liked, so I could gain access to the NCR Ranger Safehouse, on my Legion playthrough.

If you travel the rocks on the left side of the quarry and also use the belt feeds you can take out all the Deathclaws with little effort. They will not climb up the rocks to get you, instead they will head for cover. They will go up the ramps to get you so watch your back. I use Sneak so I get the Danger, Caution and Hidden notices.

i do not know if getting the snowglobes is really easy or hard but imo just start the game with really high luck like 9 then just run through the casinos and you can earn a large amount of caps playing blackjack really easily it has never failed me

A somewhat easier, less cap-intensive method:
Grab one of the infinite-ammo energy weapons (you can often get an almost guaranteed spawn in the coyote den north of Nipton, or on any of the dead Bright follower bodies scattered around the REPCONN area).
Go to the quarry and run on top of a large rock or the crane.
Shoot them until they are dead.

You can clear out the entire thing at level 2 and under an hour of starting the game, if you get lucky with the weapon spawn.

Two problems with that. The first is that the recharger guns will still run out of durability eventually and need to be repaired, the second is that your method relies on luck, and wouldn't work if someone simply doesn't get the Recharger Rifle spawn.

There are seven snowglobes in the game. I'm going to put a spoiler tag over where they are just in case someone doesn't want to know.

The first one is in Goodsprings, you can pick it up right at the start of the game.

The second one is at Hoover Dam, and aside from the long walk, is a piece of cake to get.

The third is at Jacobstown, and again, it's a long walk but not a difficult fight to get there.

Three of them are in New Vegas. One in the Old Mormon Fort, one in the Lucky 38, and one in Vault 21. The Vault 21 globe requires Lockpick 50, but it can be skipped. Edit: Sarah has the key on her person and she can be pickpocketed for it, so nevermind.

The last one is in Nellis Air Force Base, and that one can probably be skipped too, thanks to the Boomers.

Still, skipping the Boomer globe, you'll get 12,000 Caps, which should be enough for the Anti-Material Rifle and ammo. Add on another thousand or so from the junk the player collects and sells, and that should be enough for both the gun and mods.
