Im doing the quest "pheeble will" and im at the part where u have to kill ted and walter. I killed walter but the objective marker just leads to his dead body while im looking for ted

No, the terminal next to the freezer in the Ultra-Luxe's kitchen. Of course, you need to get access to the kitchen area first, or somehow need to sneak there.

I was carrying on with unmasking the white glove society and remembered I had Pheeble Will to complete. So before I rescued Ted I was going to try talking with Walter Phebus and decide what to do from then on. Although the marker is there and the quest active, him and his wife just vanished. So i'm guessing it's another bug ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
