Extreme stutter and lag in certain directions after a little while?
I originally had a problem where if I looked certain directions all I would see is the skybox. I fixed that, but now I have a problem where, after some time (especially after using VATS, or getting a kill cam) the game essentially becomes 1 frame per second while looking in most directions. The only safe way to look is up, seemingly. Anyone know of how to fix this?

EDIT: It will also sometimes greatly corrupt the visuals, here are a few.

Remember, these changes happen every second, with 1 Frame per second during it all.
I am quite desparate for help. Yes, I have a stutter fixer mod installed, but uninstalled it still does this.

Well, just in case I may as well uninstall FCO, I wouldn't miss it much. I don't even remember it looking like it did anything. Besides, not sure if it makes the neck seam very visible or not by itself. Maybe I would know if the vanilla game had noticeable neck seams if I didn't always overload my game with mods before even playing it... like the most irresponsible of modders. Oh well, I'll deal with the consequences. Off topic, sorry.

Oh, also, not sure if it will help, but to let you know, I made an earlier post before this problem arose where as soon as I exited Doc Mitchells house(?) looking in one direction everything was invisible, all I could see was the blue skybox with the sun. I fixed that by turning off water blurring reflections... so there's that if that somehow helps you in any way.

That one was an obvious Intel chip limitation. This one I also suspect the graphics chip, but it should be a different issue.

Do you think I might want to try changing things in my ini settings? (I have BethINI btw) And if so, what would I change?

If anything, try to disable shaders. I suggest using the program called NVConfigator for that, you can find it on the Nexus. It is just a spiffy GUI for the INI, but it explains things.

By shaders are you referring to HDR or something else? (Looking at NVConfigator while saying this)
(Also, side note, 4:15 am here, gonna head to bed soon, so if I'm gone, expect I'll be back to test things in the afternoon)

Like those, yes.

Alright, I've tested further with different shaders on and off, and it didn't work still. I swear, if I bought this game only for it to be another Fallout game that won't work on my computer...
EDIT: I dunno, maybe it has something to do with blurring from the sprint mod from PN and blurring from killcams and VATS. Do you know how I'd be able to turn that blurring off? I already turned off DoF in the ini because it messes up games, so maybe...?

The PN one can be turned off it PN Extra options, it lets you modify sprint behaviour. The one from killcams, you cannot.

Well, I did find mods to remove blur, but I couldn't find the PN Extra menu while testing, so I'll have to check again for that, since it didn't fully remove the blur from sprinting. Who knows, maybe there is still hope. Sigh.
EDIT: Just making sure, should I have any options changed in the Stutter remover ini (besides the "light hook" option) or should I do something with the 4GB patch since I use NVSE?
EDIT EDIT: Uhh, yeah, can't find the PN Extra menu. I don't see it in MCM.

Because it is a separate mod:
https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/47285/?

In SR, you do not need anything else, although this additional step is usually advised for stability:
http://forum.step-project.com/topic/4490-memory-patch-has-been-ported-to-nvse/
(Previously, this feature was used through SR, but the linked one is more stable on New Vegas.)

Nope, nothing's worked.

Then I am pretty much out of ideas. =( I just hope it is not permanent on your save and happens rarely enough to make the game playable.

Well, I have also tried to restart the game (since I'm only trying to play the game for the first time now and all) and it still keeps happening, and it happens every 5 minutes so I would have to restart the game every 5 minutes or else it would happen again. I've tried playing Fallout 4, computer couldn't run it. I've tried playing Fallout 3, crashes constantly. And now New Vegas, this happens.

I suppose I should thank you anyway, you certainly tried to help me as much as you could. So thanks for that.
