and is this just brute force because the master has some high level mind rape and telepathy i could see him stoping pretty much anyone including frank who doesnt have a phychic nulifier on or a robot.

In general, as an individual, the Master, no contest. He may have been a rather stationary fellow, but one who could melt your mind from afar anyway.
