Do i need to launch it from Nexus Mod Manager ?

Do i need to launch FNV from NMM to activate the mods and do i need to use the original launcher or NVSE?
1 more question,why cant i activate New Vegas Anti Crash from NMM,everytime i try to enabled it nothing happened

If you are using mods the require NVSE you need to use that, which can be launched from NMM.
And what do you mean it does nothing? That is a NVSE mod so if you are running without it will do nothing.

You do not. NVSE and even the old version of the 4GB extender auto-load when you start the game. The only exception is the GOG version with the ModOrganizer2 mod manager, but it is not your case. You can simply start New Vegas from Steam.

NVAC is not a mod but an injector library. You need to manually install it. Some newer injection plug-ins were prepared for NMM and similar installation, NVAC was not.

I just run the game normally on Steam and I have New California, Enhanced Camera and a Pip Boy mod working perfectly.
