Seemingly random crashes.
When going through doors, when saving over a past save, or seemingly just out of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ blue, my game will CTD.

LOOT for some reason won't work, so I can't just copy and paste my mods, but I don't have many, just NMC and a few weapon retexture things, project nevada, nevada skies, simply uncut, the yukichigai unofficial patch, run the lucky 38, interior lighting, and CAGE.

any help?

LAA Enabler. FNV is a 32bit engine, limited to 2GB. On a 32bit OS, your can increase that to 3GB, 4GB on a 64 bit OS, just by Enabling Large Address Awareness in the executable.

I did everything installation said, but the option to "run as administrator" is not there, so I just pressed open. Launched the game and the same thing happened. I'm guessing i installed it wrong. How should I do this?

Okay, I got the 4GB patch working, and now I was able to get through Ghost Town Gunfight, but my game always freezes right after, and having an audio loop. I can't even alt tab out, I have to restart my laptop everytime. Fix?

there is a mod called new vegas stutter remover (nvsr) that has fixed that for me. once you get it installed, there are two settings in the .ini file that need tweaked in order to not cause more crashes (ironic) but then it should be fine. If you find nvsr on nexus, and use a mod manager to install it, your .ini file will look something like this

steamapps > common > Fallout New Vegas > data > NVSE > plugins

and there will be the sr .ini file, and the two sections that need changing are the critical sections at the top

bHookCriticalSections = 0
bHookLightCriticalSections = 0

these will be set to 1, and you need to change them to 0
