TTW low FPS?

Just installed TTW but am getting low FPS in Fallout 3.
Why? Specs

3Ghz i5.
970 GTX.
8GB Ram.
Win 10.

What other mods are you running, if any?
Did you install the incremental updates for TTW, up to version 3.2.2?

Define low framerate. Is it in the 20-40 range? Then, sadly, it is typical for TTW. You can use this guide, but do not expect miracles: https://taleoftwowastelands.com/viewtopic.php?t=6050
