Where is Nero?

I completed "How little we know" on the Omerta's side and I'm now trying to find Nero (in order to kill him, apparently killing the Omertas is the only way to get the Pimp Boy 3B if you completed the quest before talking to Ralph) but I can't find him anywhere, and even the player.moveto command only transports me on an empty Gomorrah bed. Does he not spawn at all if you complete the quest on the Omerta's side?

He most likely despawned after the end of the quest or had a sleeping animation and fell through the bed, under the game world. It happens.
