Changing Securitron Face Textures
I've wasted four hours of my life trying to figure this out. I read a ton of stuff on this site and also on google, but I can't figure this out... probably says more about me than anyone else, because how hard can it be. But I cannot replace the securitrons LEDs with a custom one. What am I supposed to do?

Here's how far I got... I extracted all the DDS files opened them in gimp and.... thats it. Can't change them because they don't save correctly and also have no clue how to re-inject them into the original package files to work either. Someone here please help me out, I've seen the mods for this game, real good stuff... so I'm sure someone here can easily tell me how to do this.

Thanks in advance.

You need a separate GIMP plug-in to be able to save DirectDraw Surface type texture images.
As for changing, you simply put the edited file in your data\textures\<path> file that corresponds to the same place as you found the original texture file inside the texture BSA archive, and enable archive invalidation either through a mod manager or by building the required text file yourself.

If any of these sounded too alien, then I am afraid you need to read up a tad more on modding a Bethesda style GameBryo game.
