so i wanted to get my brain back and convinced it to return but then i pressed the " ill handle the brains. u stay here ull be more useful outside of my head " option... any way to get it back? i cant load since the last save was 10 hrs ago...i always load new stuff over the old ones if ur wodnering why its so old...PS english aint my language so i tought the ill handle the brains myself option was more strategic since i tought if i got the brain with me they would steal it from me or something. and after i convince em i could go back and then retrieve my brain...

When you finish the DLC you can return to Big MT. and swap out your body parts as you wish.

The difference gameplay-wise is what bonus perk you have. You get a different ending, a rather bittersweet one, if you let the brain stay in the jar, but otherwise the rest of the game will play the same. So even if you couldn't do the switch, it is not a serious error or something that would take an effect for the rest of the game.

yeah i realised i left the brain when on the cutscene the brain said " he left me and died now im sad ;( " and i was like oh bonkers! i didnt get my brain?

Story-wise, you didn't, no. But after that cut-scene, you can revisit the OWB world space at any time and swap back body parts, including the brain.

Not like you need your brain anyways as all your actions are controlled by the player. (was the point of old world blues)

your brain was actually PISSED at *YOU* the player for making him walk thru all that radioactive muck.

yeah my brain called me an idiot and it dealt critical damage to my feelz...and i fought a multiton gigantic, laser shootin, radiation leaving, ugly scorpy-scorp to reach my brain and get called an idiot... but i rly wanted the perks of getting my brain back and i just felt like i wanted my brain back u kno? its a part of me body after all...
