Missing Masters

So I'm installing some Mods with Mod Organizer 2 and its constantly telling me the I have the following missing masters:
Anchorage.esm
BrokenSteel.esm
Fallout3.esm
PointLookout.esm
Russell.esp
SomeguySeries.esm
TaleOfTwoWastelands.esm
ThePitt.esm
Zeta.esm

I dont know why its telling me that I need these Masters since ive Installed all my Mods from the FNV section of Nexus Mods.

Most likely due to the mods being "Tale of Two Wastelands", meaning that the mods use both New Vegas and Fallout 3, as both of these games basically run on the same engine.

But you can't really rely on my argument, as I just began to mod F:NW partially, unlike previously in 4 and Skyrim, as the modding scene isn't that significant due to these two games (just my opinion).

MO tells you which plugin requires those with a exclamation mark on the plugin list. My money is on Nevada Skies (just guessing, can't really watch the video atm).
Simply disable the TTW plugin (and, if it actually is Nevada Skies, also disable its Basic Edition if you have ultimate), done.

It doesnt tell me it only tells me that it has missing masters. it doesnt tell me for wich plugin

Edit: You were right it was nevada skies. I wanted to use it because of neveda enb but im going to search for another enb now. Thanks for your help

MO also colours the mods in question, but yes, the most common rookie mistake is leaving all Nevada Skies plug-ins checked, including the TTW one.
