Any mods that make sneaking more realistic?

im tired of being able to sneak behind someone talking/looking at someone else, knife them while somehow being hidden and watch as the other go does literally nothing and goes about his day, i know that this is the gamebryo engine but it really gets on my nerves, especially since im playing a sneak run.

Not really an AI change, but it is the best sneak overhaul I ever found.

It is somewhere in its options menu, I cannot recall where. I do not have the game installed to check.

unfortunately tge mod you linked doesnt fix the problem and i dont use the project nevada rebalance as combined with the difficulty mods i already have installed makes the game too hard to be enjoyable, but you never know, the reason it may not work might be a compatibility issue, so my oversised load will be posted
