I need help fixing text replacement

Hey fellow modders.

I am having trouble with the text that shows up beneath the interact prompt in-game and the quest feed that shows up in the left-hand corner of the screen. Instead of showing up as normal english text, there only seems to be random squares. I have only a few mods loaded at this point as I have just begun but it is still frustrating that I have not found a solution as of yet.

So far, I have narrowed the issue down to something involving archiveinvalidation as toggling it off fixes the text, but also disables the MCM and a few other ui mods. If you need my current mods list, just let me know and I will provide it.

Oh dear gods, this. I got this, and it seems to be a bug with the new UI overhaul mod, UI+ or something like that. It is incompatible with some other mods.
I troubleshooted it for half an afternoon, could not find any solution beyond total wipe: game uninstall, manual deletion of every leftover file, including the configuration ones.

Lovely. Should i delete all my mods as well? Do you know which mods conflict with ui overhaul that cause this issue?

I was unable to determine.
The problem is that you could uninstall only UI mods, but if they are not installed before every other mod, then you will get a plethora of every other possible UI glitch. This is why New Vegas also has an actual mod installation order, not just load order.

If you're unable to fix it, try asking for help in his comment section—he tends to have a pretty good idea of what's wrong. I've never had this issue myself, so I'd be interested as well in why it happens.
