Game Crashes After Accepting Transcation to NPC Merchants

I find it very upsetting that some of the npc crashes my game when I accepted the transaction. For example: there is an npc merchant in the Crimson Caravan Company name Blake, as soon as we trade and I accepted buying the stuff I need, the game starts to lag and crash the game. There was another npc merchant name Dale Barton over at the Caesar's Legion, same thing that I traded and accepted, game crashes. I got upset that I have to mark the names that I should not trade the merchants with. I need help what can I do to stop any npc merchant crashing my game, besides ignoring the npc merchant.

yeah, i have had this happen a lot, and its usualy only big trasactions.

hitting vendortron to drop a load of weapons i repaired with my jury-rigging skill, buy up all the reloading supplies, and... crash.

nowadays i quicksave before i do any bartering, if it crashes i try doing the trasaction in increments, usualy works fine.
