The RWL mod removes the orange tint and improves the vanilla lighting. But if you really want to overhaul the lighting and post-processing, you'll need an ENB. There's dozens of presets, so I recommend trying out every preset you're interested in and going from there. There's also the wasteland flora overhaul mod if you want more/better plants and trees.

If your PC can handle it, I would really recommend a good looking ENB. The difference between having and not having one is stunning.

Definately enb. I'm using onix enb. Sometimes I toggle it off to look at the difference and in some places the vanilla looks horrible. Like no color to it at all.

Fellout is the most popular, and actually doesn't make the game a blurry mess like most ENB's do, it has the least performance impact too. I assume you just want to make the game more colorful?

I already use RWL and it's fine enough for the colour
