GRA 1-Star Challenges (Help.)

Yo, i'm trying to do the challenge Overkill (need to kill 20 animals with a Fat Man). I try and kill 25ish bighorners with a Fat Man, but I didn't complete the challenge. I then did it with GRA version of the Fat Man (with Low Yield ammo), and I still couldn't complete the challenge. The suddenly, I saw a challenge completed where I needed to kill 20 wasteland animals. What is the exact definition of animals in Fallout: NV. Is it regular dogs or coyotes?

Coyotes are the easiest. Essentially, animals that are not horribly mutated and by default try to kill you on sight.

Alrighty, what other animals can I kill?
