Disabling Motion Blur and Depth of Field?
I've been trying to get rid of these effects for hours so I can begin a new proper playthrough, but I simply cannot find a fix, I know it is the result of a mod but I can't figure out which one, as I had installed multiple mods at once before starting it up to reveal the problem. Is anyone aware of any mods that have a motion blur and depth of field effect built in, if so that would be much appreciated.

It is either the ENB or Dynavision.

I don't have dynavision, and ive done multiple playthroughs using the same enb (47 end 2) and this my first time having this problem. Is it something that can be configured in a .ini file?

In the ENB's ini file, yes. You should also have it in the ENB control panel in-game (CTRL+F12, I think).
