More perks mod, perks listed twice. How can I fix this?

I'm using the more perks merged file from NVEC. On the select perk screen, all the perks from the mod are shown twice. Any idea how to fix this?

NVEC assigns them new IDs. Don't run them in parallel. Or just pick the same perks twice, the effects, assuming they are boosting something, actually stack.

I'm not using NVEC at all. Just the merge of more perks. I'm also not using the original more perks mod from its own nexus page. I'm trying to remove the duplicate perks.

Well, you have two mods that add them, so just look around your plug-ins.
