Question about Veronica Quest

I was at the entrance for Vault 3 and that triggered her lamenting about how the Fiends caused more trouble for the NCR than the brotherhood. She then went on to say her line about the Brotherhood failing and fading away and that she wanted to return home.

I took her back to the bunker after retrieving parts from Vault 3 for a brotherhood quest, but she wouldn't interact with the elder or leave me. I took her back before retrieving said parts, she still wouldn't do anything. I told her to go by herself and then followed her, but she just went to the 188 trading post despite saying that she would be at the bunker (the luxury bunker as she called it).

Is there something I need to do, or am I missing something? I've googled this, but I couldn't find anything for this specific issue.

U need To trigger all 3 of her quest diolag which u can do by going to these locations
Valut 3 entrance

Cottonwood cove,nelson,the fort
Van graff shop

Mormon fort -which u need to go and meet julia farkas and have her say 'are u here to drop supplies'

Nellis mesuem -which will triiger at the very end of the tour guide lecture

There are 2 more triggers but u shouldnt use them as they are the same ones for arcade gannons quest if im not mistaken

Once all of her dialog triggers she will then ask the corier to go with her to the bunker asap which should start her quest. If that dosnt work then u should get either the pulse gun from vault 34 or the one in pearl quater in nelles airforce base or u can get the ecius c finder if u decided to activate the weapon from The quest that lucky old sun

I already had the C finder, and I just got the pule gun from vault 34. She still doesn't say anything to the elder. I don't suppose there is a command to force the quest to start?

So to be clear: the glitch was her asking me to bring her back to the bunker? (she had already talked to the elder about Archimedes).

So if that had happen that veronica would have asked u to help her decide on whether she should stay with the brotherhood or she should leave and join a new faction
