New Vegas landscape glitch (heavily modded)

I got FNV Ultimate Edition recently, and long story short, I modded the ♥♥♥♥ out of it. After 2 days of troubleshooting, everything was going fine - till I saw this (https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/958590782558620359/FEE05C45F5B61D242676B298CB6729A921C9B9F1/)

EDIT 1: for some reason steam doesn't wanna cooperate and take you directly to the image above, so at the 'link blocked' screen you have to copy-paste the link and open in another tab. Sorry about that.

I'm not quite sure what the root cause of the issue is, though I have an inkling it may be due to my ludicrous amount of active mods (120 or so.)

It is Mission Mojave.
Also, if you already use like half of the Millenia weapon mods, just use the Weapons of the New Millenia compilation. Much lighter on the game engine.
