Freeside Open Mod Issues

I've been having trouble getting the Freeside Open mod working for quite a while and attempted everyu damn fix I can think of, including having no other mods installed, and yet each time I go into Freeside, I have objects and buildings missing and things floating in the air where the buildings should be, sometimes even the Vegas junk walls and roads are missing and I can just see into the void, any solutions?

Just stop using that mod. Even if you got it to work, thanks to the shoddy memory manager of the scripting engine, you would crash every five steps. Additionally, if you have any mod content that needs Freeside, it will break heavily, since they are not ready for the gigantic merged cell.
