the Fallout new vegas skips main menu and goes straight to new game with broke screen after launching it.
I have had a very fun time with a game, I spent 3 days to modding the game so I could make it even better, but when i was going to open the game, it just skip the main menu and straight to new game with black broken screen and unupdated UI, I also get message in a game letting me know dlcs are loaded but I can't do anything else it after I pressed ok.

Here is link of image from someone else because idk how to link my screenshot but it looks like exacly like how i got: http://i.imgur.com/jYRzKQj.jpg

I thought it was my mods so i Disabled all mod but got the same results.

I really need help, I don't want to deleting the game and reinstall the it and my mods.

Sorry for bad english

Did you do any testing at all in those three days? Or just piled on mod after mod expecting it to run afterwards? Did you make any backups at confirmed and working states of the entire New Vegas folders in \common and \documents you can revert to?

Or is this you, learning the hard way?

This is a menu mod acting up, or a very failed Roleplayers Alternative Start installation.
Since it persists after deactivating mods, it is most likely the former.
The only solution is uninstalling the game, manually deleting all leftover files, and starting again.

Always test the game after adding 1-3 large and 3-5 small mods.

forgot to say the game worked fine for half year with all of those mods and most of my to time modding the game is to fixing the game from missing assets, lag etc, this just happend randomly.

Looks like I have no other choice, but thanks.
