Guns aren't aligned properly with the crosshair in third person
As the title suggests, guns aren't aligned properly with the crosshair in third person mode. As a result of this, Guns don't shoot near the crosshair, but rather to the right of it. Any idea how to fix this?

The game aims at a point in space somewhere in front of you while in third person, instead of whatever surface you are aiming at. So the bullet fired starts a little to the left of the crosshair then slowly passes to the right side. Depending on the distance your target is away from you, this can and will result in misses. Part of the game engine, and is hardcoded I'm afraid. There may be ways to work around it in a roundabout way. But if there is a way, it would almost certainly result in its own problems. If there is a miracle mod out there that fixes it in a clean manner, I haven't heard of it in my 20 years of frequenting the Nexus.

There's sort of a meme in the Fallout community: First person when fighting, third person when exploring.

I'd just do that.

I think I made a mistake with wording. That's my fault, sorry abut that. But whether I made a mistake or not, I forgot to add an image that describes my issue >.<
As you can see in this image, even the gun goes past the crosshair. Do you think you can help me with that?
Again, sorry about the miscommunication.

That picture is very dark; is that even a vanilla gun? The crosshair is almost surely modded (Project Nevada). Non-vanilla weapons in third person can have issues, since their model was not officially tested and aligned.

The best advice anyone can give was already said: do not shoot in third person. Use that camera to explore or for CQC. If you want to shoot, go ti first person. There is even some mod that adapts the camera depending on whether you hold the aim button with a ranged weapon.

Nope, no mods; The crosshair is blue due to the hud color settings in the pause menu.
The gun is also vanilla (Varmint Rifle).

Animations can be glitchy (even with mods). Third-person shooting works more or less for pistols, but larger weapons are wonky.
I fear you are experiencing one of the many vanilla glitches, sorry. If it is really an animation one, it cannot be fixed.

You can try to download a weapon overhaul mod, like Weapon Mods Expanded (WMX). It uses new meshes for the weapons. Find one weapon mod for your gun and maybe attaching it will make the problem go away.
Otherwise, it is yet again the same answer: shoot in 1st person.

Third person has never had guns 'aligned' with the crosshair. Its effectively impossible - especially as youi can change the camera distance.

Its not a bug, its working as intended.

Mkay so I found out that you only have to uninstall and reinstall the game. That's all.
