Medicine Stick iron sights misaligned

so i have this problem with this gun, but with brush gun, this machine, trail carabine and propably couple others like hunting rifle (didnt test it a lot). It bothers me greatly since I love using my lever action rifles, but its really damn hard with this problem. Any fix to this folks?

There’s a setting that you can turn on to show crosshairs when you’re aiming. Replaces iron sights but it’s more accurate and, for me at least, easier to play with.
Probably not the fix you’re looking for if you like the ironsights though. You’ll have to look into mods for that.

Turn the True Iron Sight option off in Settings > Gameplay menu.

It's a first thing you need to turn off, because True Iron Sight isn't true. This game was made by Obsidian, which means hardly anything makes sense. You should know that.

Setting true iron sights off is not a solution, you are correct.
I using a lot of mods, saying that mods can fix it its not very helpful, but thanks anyway :F

WMIM fixed it, but it messed up textures at the same time, so now i have to figure out how to make WRP and WMIM works together.

Not just that, some weapons have their sight slightly off. It can also be a random animation error on how the gun is held in the character's hand.

by using WMIM mod you dont need to have FNV without true iron sights, its stupid to use this cheap solution when you have such a great mods fixing your problem, so you dont need play with such a QoL thing. Right now my problem is conflict with WMIM and WRP, they not working well with each other so I working to make them work together. Will see what happens next.

Ye sometimes the arm and gun is like on really random places on the screen.

While in any position that is not crouched, the weapon sways a quite a noticeable amount. Also the weapons are pretty inaccurate while standing. The dynamic crosshair feature from the Project Nevada mod will show this exactly.
