[HELP]fallout new vegas for the republic part 2/great khans

someone can help me with this , i want to join the ncr and finish the game with them , but during the start of the quest "for the republic part 2" , i talk with the colonel moore and she say to me kill or try to make a alliance with the great khans , but i already have killed all the great khans, and the quest dont continue , what i make ?(sorry if i said something wrong , i am brazilian and how have more american players in this game i think that is better asking to you)
