Color Bug Indoors

When out doors everything looks fine, but when in doors everything looks black and white and making a new save or uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix it. Anyone know what i can do?

Also it was not like this at first but at some point everything got black and white. Making a new save does not fix it.

It is usually a bug associated with a mixture of ILO, New Vegas Interiors, new Vegas Redesigned, or ENB.

I used to have ILO in my mod list but took it out when i was having sound lag. Reinstalling it fixed everything. Bless you fine sir/madam.
