FCO problem
I notice it doesn't work with mods that add new npcs. Except the companions like russel of course. For example i installed "The living desert" it basically adds a ♥♥♥♥ ton of NPCS, i notice it didn't affect them. Is this a bug and is there a fix?

FCO changes the predetermined NPCs and some of the recurring spawn Base NPC scripts. Since mods that add NPCs add them through their own scripts, this, by logic, means that FCO is mathematically unable to affect them. Russel and co. are supported because they were added manually to the list of NPCs affected by FCO.

Ah that makes sense. Do you think it will work with the various new vegas uncut mods?

I don't remember, honestly. One of the mods should state it somewhere.
