Can Intel Core 2 duo Run Fallout New Vegas
Specs: Intel Core 2 Duo DDR3 8GB Integrated Graphics.

just barely prob, the min req on the store page is a dual core

There is no integrated graphics on any core 2 duo. It wasn't invented yet. Unless you have an actual graphics card of some description, no, you won't be able to play it. Your trash motherboard solution has a massive 64 megs of VRAM, and operates at an astounding 400mhz.

Even gamebryo requires more than that.

I barely know a thing about processors, but my pretty weak Intel Celeron N2840 can run it on low settings. Just Googling it makes it seem like the Intel Core 2 Duo is stronger than that. But again, I don't have a clue what I'm talking about.

Most likely not. Not without a dedicated graphics card at least. The CPU itself should be okay enough to handle the game as long as you do not go overboard with mods.

Integrated graphics can also refer to the mainboard. Not tat it would help run the game though.
