Infinite Loading Screen for Freeside
So today I had encountered an issue with Freeside, specifically the cell with the Mormon Fort and Mick and Raplh's is contained(the other works fine) where I get an infinite loading screen and am unable at all to enter that area. I have never encountered this issue until today and it's honestly quite annoying because it is now barring me from doing any quests in that area, along with blocking off becoming Idolized by the Followers. I don't have any mods that should be effecting the area but I'll post my mods list here incase there's any conflicting mods(though I dont think there would be)

Solid Project
Project Nevada
MCM
CASM
Asurah Reanimation
YUP
WeaponModsExpanded
FO4QuickLoot
Live Dismemberment
Weapon Mod Menu
MaresLeg
Makarov
Near Death
RealTime Weapon Modding
OneTweak
Anti-Crash

I had all these mods running before and no issues until today. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make a new save (by starting a new game) and load the save of your choice. There is also a pinned thread that’s links a mod fix for this bug.

Yeah, common problem. The issue is in the game's memory handler and the fact that Freeside is a large area with many NPCs. Essentially, the game seems to be unable to unload the current cells and load in the new one.

The workaround is to make a save standing right at the area transition door, close the game, then restart and load the save file. After the roulette wheel starts to stutter, indicating the game world is loading in, start pressing the Use key repeatedly, so once you do load in, you immediately go through the door.
It always works. And has to be repeated at each transition.

You can try to install the New Vegas specific ENBoost as well and enable the unsafe memory hacks in its config file. This will separate game and graphics data in your memory space, leaving you with more stuff to fill in there, but as its name suggest, it can be unstable.

Currenty I've had success using the North gate rather than the other one, or the bus gate that seperates the two parts of Freeside. If that stops working I'll try the other listed methods, cheers!
