I can't see my PERKs

Can you see Calm Heart or Hand of Vengeance perk - that comes with Cass quests - at your pip-boy?

No, i can't. Also Heartache by the Number quest buggeg then i reseted it by console and started a new dialogue with Cass to redo the quest. I finished the quest peacefully way. And then i didnt get the perks on my pip-boy. Also Silver Rush guys became hostile on me but wiki says its not a bug after a patch.

You can only see perks. that affects you in one way or another. I.e you can see Wiskey rose, but not Calm Heart, cause -like her shotgun surgon- it only affects Cass

Yeah, those PERKs are for Cass not you.

Thank you, i wasn't know that. This quest has been problem to me.
