FO4's only longer because of the settlement system.
I think it lasts longer if you actually take the time to explore every location.
Good on you!
Mods also increase replayability for any of the modern Fallout games. If you have the patience to learn.
Lol wut. It's got arguably the most replay of any fallout for all the options in side quests, main quests and dialogue. And all of my builds are drastically different from each other.
A Little under 90 hours to clear NV. Yeah, NV is shorter.
About its replay value, you have four different factions just to start it, and most any quests tendo to have 2-4 outcomes.
As for length, New Vegas has the second highest length on HLTB after Fallout 4: Minecraft Edition.
So, this either a troll thread or you just rushed through the game and skipped most of the content. The latter is fine, just don't accuse the game for the lack of content if you are not even attempting to look for said content.
New Vegas does a pretty good job of worldbuilding, everything has some sort of "history" behind it so if you like lore you should try this

No.
as any speed runner will tell you, Fallout 4 is longer because of the unskippable cutscenes.
