[NMM] An Exception Occured in the Script
I wanted to use Tale of Two Wastelands, and I was trying to activate the FOMOD and I got the error, "An exception occured in the script", this happened with several other mods I've tried, and even uninstalled the game, verified the files, un installed and re installed Nexus. Nothing is working, I've been told there is other versions of NMM on GitHub, but I haven't checked them out. Please help if you can, I really want to get this to work. If you have any questions I'll answer best I can.

Can I use that alongside with NMC's, for the mods that have this same problem on NMC's?

Use ModOrganizer 1. MO2 is still in beta and its FONV support is far from being the same as in MO1.
Or use FOMM.
Or revert your NMM to the legacy version.

Essentially, it is the current version of NMM that does this. Every other option will work.

There is no fix, through several discords many have pointed out how trash NMM is, I highly recommend using MO2, with the only drawback being that updates come out semi frequently and you need to manually install them. I think MO2 is your best bet.

The errors OP describes date from nmm 65.2, which you're probably using too, as its what they have on the site for download.

Download latest, the install issues are gone https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Nexus-Mod-Manager/releases
