One Tweak Not Working?

This post may be noobish so sorry in advance

I've recently tried to play FNV in 1920 x 1080 windowed mode but when I open the game, the window is off center. I looked around on Google and found One Tweak, a mod that is supposed to make windowed mode fill the screen. My problem is One Tweak hasn't changed the way my game opens windowed mode and I have no idea how to fix it. Any help would be much appreciated.

It would probably be easier to use one of these for fake fullscreen than trying to troubleshoot OneTweak:

Anyone coming to this page in 2023 and on, in my MO2 I had put a custom setup in Falloutcustom.ini. if you did not make a custom. Check your FalloutPrefs.ini file usually located in ThisPC>Documents>My Games>FalloutNV. In the [Display] section look for

bFull Screen=1
And set it to
bFull Screen=0

This worked for me and I can alt+tab no problem. Good luck!
