How much replayability?
Fallout 4's story got too boring to even finish all the endings, because everything else was almost exactly the same. What about this game?

Every quest has 4+ different ways of completing it, character builds are drastically different, tons of different weapon types. I replay this game yearly since it came out

Main story is pretty short, but side quest, DLC are pretty good length. + mods are way more mature than FO4.

Yes. Best FO since the originals.

Player's decision actually effect to the lives and factions and the ending also tell the player about those npc afterwards. You can make friends or shut their future or just destroy them to the last man. And that will remain the legend of Courier 6 in the Mojave.

Different build on skill and perk and factions reputation will effect many quests and some will trigger unique dialogue to interact with npc and end the quest, dlc in many different ways. Also some item will change along with player's perk.

So yes. This game has high replayability.

Awesome, thank you. Should I spend my last $10 on this or wait for it to go on sale and pick up some DLC too?

If you are not too rush, you can wait for the up coming sale (summer ?) and see the Ultimate Edition which come with the main game and all dlc. I would like to suggest this version because dlc it self is very worth it, both in game play, rewards and story spice. And many mods also need dlc to work out too.

Dead Money, Honest Heart, Old World Blues and Lonesome Road are the new world space and story to spice the main story.
Gun Runner Arsenal is an additional weapon dlc, still worth it.
Courier Stash is a starter pack with unique gears to let player start the game easier.

Yes, the DLCs are among the better parts of the game overall.

Does this question even include mods? If so, the replayability just jumped by like 700%.

100%.

The DLC all tie perfectly into the main story and expand upon it.

yeah I play this game and do a DLC run. I don't generally do hoover dam, mainly because its a large step down in difficulty from the DLC. and the DLC need to be done before doing the Dam.

I feel doing lonesome road and nuking the Legion, maybe killing Ceasar is enough.
