Messed up with Crocker
This is going to sound really dumb but I was looking for Crocker EVERYWHERE, so I decided to spawn him in beacause hey, why not. Turns out, that one doesn't give quests, so like... just can't find the original Crocker. Any help is appreciated.

Because you tripped the DON'T TREAD ON THE BEAR!-failure quest, and you can no longer work for the NCR.

He's in the NCR embassy. Either he's at his desk or asleep depending on the time of day. You can only get quests after getting an invite from him.

Also it's beter to teleport them to you (or you to them) rather than make a new copy.

Belive me, I've spent hours (literal real life hours) in the embassy, I cannot find him....or the command to bring him to me which is what I attempted to do. Pray tell, ehat is it?

Then you either did not trigger him to give the endgame questline or you did fail the Don't Tread on the Bear one.

I have the letter and I still have don't tread on the bear

I think my main problem now is that I have three of them, an I can't find the original. I hear it's a common problem to not be able to find him.

Check your failed /completed quests (the greyed out ones) to see if you have don't tread on the bear there. Because the only reason crocker wouldn't be there or a summoned one wouldn't give quests is because you either failed don't tread on the bear or you haven't been to the lucky 38 to activate the ncr quest line

I've said this alot, I'm 100% sure I have not failed don't tread on the beast and have the letter

Spawn a Crocker. Reverse pickpocket a .357 magnum to him.
