Weapons Of The New Millennia Help Needed
I have tried everything I can think of to get this mod to work and I'm bouncing off hard. I've tried creating a FOMOD pack via FMM, thought I got it made, activated, and checked. It didn't work. (I'm checking to see if the mod is working by checking for the cheat box that shows up in goodsprings, and yes, I'm making sure to install that esm as well as others.) I've tried adding it to NMM, it doesnt even add to the manager. I've tried straight up manually putting the files in the Data folder, still nothing. I've read the instructions a dozen times over and I'm very clearly missing something obvious.

Would someone please explain this step by step, clearly, as if to a moron? Cause I must be one to have not figured this out yet. All my other mods are working clean and fine, just to let it be known this is definitely User Error and not a deeper problem on the machine.

Since it is a simple drag & drop and mod activation process, I would hazard a guess that your download was corrupt and the ESP file is simply not working.
Other than that, nobody can explain it even simpler than the mod's own install section in its description.

I appreciate the reply, I'll redownload and try again. When I would attempt to add the file to NMM nothing would work, not adding the .rar (of course that wouldn't, but hey like I said, tried everything) not adding the Premade. folder unpacked from the rar, the interesting thing to me is, if I went inside that folder, NMM couldn't 'see' the esp files. So I wonder if that lends credence to your curropted theory. Once more unto the breach, as they say.

While I do that though. Let me know if you spot any dumb mistakes in what I've tried thus far:

When I manually installed the instructions say "If you are installing manually, copy and paste the contents of the rar file into your Data folder" So I just copied the esp's and esm, The fomod, images, meshes, sound, textures, and Optional.store files as they all appeared inside the .rar and dropped them into the Data folder. Should that have done it or did I make a mistake?

EDIT:I'm used to calling it a .rar, it downloads as a .7z

Alright, tried again with a fresh download. NMM recognizes the mod this time, but upon attempting to install it runs into a 'script error'. A manual install, in which I unpacked the files, and copied esms and esps along with all folders that did not say 'optional' on them did not work either. I've got to be messing up somewhere.

It's best to just use FOMM for modding New Vegas. You'll run into far less errors and issues

I've noticed. Well the good news is I've got the box to work finally (through FOMM). Now to play the game and see if the rest of the mod is working :)

NMM drops script errors for many New Vegas mods. It is a recent update that broke it. I think the last working version was 0.56 or something. The currently maintained version of FOMM does not have this issue.
