whats the optimized gra version of micro fusion cells do diffrent then normal?

i know over charged variants degrade the weopon faster for a more damage trade off but i'm confused at what the optimized version means does it do more damage while still have minimal duribility loss increase?

Short version: trades +10% weapon tear for increased damage, armour piercing, and lower weight.
Even shorter: it is awesome and make as much of it as you can.
