How do I tell if Lily has already had a "Psychotic Break" for the "Lily and Leo" quest?

The fallout wiki mentions a pop up about this, but I can't remember if it's appeared or not.

if my memory serves me right her psycothic break happens when she is low on health to which she goes into a rage mode http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Lily_and_Leo heres the link btw

She goes berserk when that happens, it is difficult to not recognise it. :)

She went below half HP and unconcious when fighting 2 Cazadores, but no pop-up showed up.

For me her first break Dinit acure till I was in some butt-f**k random cave near slone. And that was like after the 9th time she got KOed. Pretty shear her quest is bugged to high hell.

It is, I never managed to finish it without using the console to set a ton of variables manually.
