How do I delete cache?
Loading into a game has become inpossible, they never load. How can I delete cache?

Download NVAC and the 4GB Patcher apply it and use the REFR (Save Game Cleaner) that you can find on the Nexus.

He meant that. It is mostly unneeded for New Vegas, your issue will be solved after you install NVSE and NVAC.
