How to get Fist of (North) Rawr in Sierra Madre
I don't know if anyone mention it before, so I will just type this guide in here.

First, you need to kill Rawr, a deathclaw, in Lonesome Road DLC, and you will find Rawr's Talon after Rawr is killed. Then go to Abandoned BOS bunker, where Dead Money DLC takes place. Since DM DLC will remove all your belongings, but Rawr's Talon is count as quest item, it will ramian inside your inventory. Find a workbench and build Fist of Rawr.

To craft the Fist of Rawr, you just need to have 75 skill points for Unarmed skill, some melee / sneaky perks may helpful during the DM DLC.
Have Fun!

Nice strategy, but are you really need it during DM? Ghosts are the only enemies there and they are not that dangerous.
Btw, most people recommend playing LR after other DLCs. For the purpose of consistent narration.

I knew that ghosts are the only enemy in this game, but I just want a clean kill without problems. Also, it is actually my first time playing this game with different DLCs finished first, and found out I can build the Fist inside Sierra Madre for first time as well. Anyway, it is a new experience for me.

It is a known trick, but on the other hand:
If you are strong enough in the game to get to Rawr and even kill it, then what are you even afraid of in Dead Money? You cannot claw the instakill radio traps and the ghost people are a joke compared to the starting Lonesome Road enemies.

Didn't say that I cannot avoid those radio speakers or ghost people, just another way to play Dead Money
