Report a translation problem
This is a codec issue that can affect people randomly and also almost guaranteed to pop up after a large Win10 update. (Well, *a* codec issue is bound to pop up then, not this particular version).
The traditional way to fix it is to reinstall your sound card drivers. It has a low success ratio, but that is pretty much all you can do apart from praying that it eventually somehow goes away (which it can do).
Don't forget that after you remove the codec packs, you will need to reinstall sound drivers again and maybe even reconfigure your speaker setup in Windows.
