Random Crashes (With Mods)

Ok so I've played New Vegas since it came out for Xbox 360. On 360 I would sometimes experience freezes and crashes, but maybe once a day. I bought NV on Steam about a month ago and I can honestly say, I've never played a game with more crashed than this. This game crashes about every 10-15 mins. But it will never freeze. Only instantly crash like someone hit alt-f4. Its not isolated to saving either. I could have my character just sitting there while I'm on my phone and BAM crash. I have every anti-crash and anti-stutter mods installed and they have no effect. I've also made sure that they are compatible with each other. I've not messed with the vanilla script in any way. I honestly don't know what to do because I love this game so much. I grew up playing this game and I don't want to leave it like this. Please help me peeps.

Real funny. I would recommend getting rid of the ones that you use the least. Project Nevada completely changes the way you play. So think of this. How often do you go into Gomorrah? How often do you use that halo armor? Pluck out the stuff you don't use.

Whichever you think you can live without. It is purely subjective which mods you really want to try, although normally I just recommend getting rid of cosmetics; pick one mod armour/apparel and just stick with it.

Ah, NMC large. Then the explanation is simple, you are constantly running out of memory.
Use the 4GB patcher, then also follow this guide:

To keep it simple, the most likely thing you'll need:
