NV will crash on time every 20-30 minutes unless you have those.
any saves you got, throw those directly in the trash, they're garbage now.
start fresh, and rebuild your load order with those stability mods/patches taking priority.
also, just quickly looked over your load order:
they might be different mods, but unless you made those yourself and know exactly what they're working on or have worked out the compatibility, I guarantee you that they are conflicting or causing a problem.
All.
Like the previous one, install them all, I just started the save and I started it with all the mods that I currently have, how do I know the mods that conflict?
Anyways but it is not that I am LOTS of hours on Fallout, I know, Fallout is where you play for hours but forgive me the reasoning if it could be wrong but FNV is an old game and the i3-6100 is more powerful than the maximum requirements of FNV.
so what you've got is mod conflicts causing your instability. i prefer using xedit to discover conflicts and remove or self patch them. xedit will flag most of the common problems just by rote, nifty little program. can brick your game though, so i warned you.
you're going to need to do a lot of reading if you want to build your own patches or compatibilities. its not rocket science but pretty time consuming when you get going.
i mean, it could be a graphic mod as well. a different approach to start with is figure out the last 5 mods you added and remove them one at a time till you gain stability back through raw testing,

FNVEDIT log: https://pastebin.com/7hRsZaBi
Interesting. The lack of the main menu means you have a mod that cannot load due to a missing master. Yet you do not have an error like that in the log. You are also not even near the existing ESP limit. By all accounts, the game should load.
