Moving from Vortex to MO2. need help

so i installed MO2 and i need to port all my mods from vortex to mo2. i know this was already discussed in the subreddit, i even followed the instructions on how, but theres one thing i was confused about was "configure MO2 to use Vortex /mods/-directory (for this game) and Vortex /downloads/-directory (for this game)",
i had no idea how to do that. can you tell me how to Port mods from vortex to MO2 in simple english/terms?

I'm guessing you'd have to find where Vortex stores its downloaded and installed mods (you should probably get there via an options menu) and then direct Mo2 to these file directories via the "Paths" option in the "Options and Workarounds" menu on the right side of the Mo2 toolbar at the top.

Click on the screwdriver and wrench icon: that is the configuration menu of MO2. The Paths tab lists its folders. Set the mods and downloads path to the Vortex one or just copy/move the content of those to MO2's similar folders. Simple as that.
