Is there a way to farm/make stealth bois?

so far the only ones i find are in random crates or through sometimes killing nightkin at the repconn test site where all the feral ghouls reside in the underpass.

There are only two ways to farm them in an unmodded game:

Atticus in the Caesar's Legion safehouse can give two to the Courier for free, each time they encounter him there during their visits. A high reputation (liked or idolized) with Caesar's Legion may be required.

Every repeat of the "Robot Compliance Test" after passing it the first time at the X-13 research facility yields a Stealth Boy in the reward safe. The three other tests can also be repeated and give random rewards each time, including Stealth Boys.

The robot compliance test can be done under a minute once you have muscle memory of the optimal route. They are always at the same spot if you are consistent.

What do i choose for Atticus since i dont got the dlc on PC? And also how to get the key fot the safehouse (can i get it early or do i have to join casear's route?

okay so now how do i get the key for the safehouse. the legion rep is liked but still haven't gotten the key from the head honcho
